1. Day: Arrival

2:00pm - Pick-up of participants at the airport of Quito

4:00pm - Arrival at Pakarinka Ushay in the indigenous Kichwa community of Agato, Otavalo

5:00pm - Welcome ceremony, orientation and overview
​
6:30pm - Dinner

7:30pm - First word circle at the fire to get to know each other
2. Day: Excursion to Sacred nature site
and psychedelic Machay Cacao Ceremony
8:00am - Breakfast

9:00am - Departure to Cascada Taxo Pamba (sacred waterfall)
​
9:30am - Arrival at Taxo Pamba, lesson about Andean healing practices such as Hayni (breathing exercises) and Kuyuri (Andean Yoga) and how to implement them in daily life

11:00am - Meditation and Hayni breathing exercise session
​
1:00pm - Lunch at Pakarinka Ushay
​
2:30pm - Sound healing session, preparation of psychedelic Machai Cacao ceremony, including energetic cleansing

6:00pm – Opening of Cocao ceremony

9:30am - Arrival at Imbabura, short lesson: "Importance of Connection to Pacha Mama and the three world of the Andean Cosmovision"
11:00am - Nature ceremony / time for silence at Imbabura

2:30pm - Sound healing session, preparation of Ayahuasca ceremony, including energetic cleansing

Note:
Charging for ceremonies and healing experiences isn't customary in the Kichwa culture. Traditionally, a community member knows how much to give the shaman due to their cultural norms and Raini-Raini worldview of reciprocal balance. Since this understanding isn't universal, we decided to have fixed prices of how much to give for the services and ceremonies you receive.​
